"The use of standard construction as a means of protecting our mission critical technology and assets is no longer acceptable."

The past 25 years have bought forth many amazing advances in technology. Business has embraced these technological wonders, resulting in companies becoming more and more dependant on its networks, application servers and hardware storage systems. At iFortress we refer to this technology dependency as E-pendancy©.

While businesses have made a conscious efforts to mitigate operational, logical, and physical risks by protecting its critical information technology with sophisticated suppression systems, hacker resistant routers, private networks, cameras, security guards and access doors; the new Millennium had bought forth very little advances in terms of structural protection for mission critical technology and assets.

The iGuard Armor Panel™, at only four inches thick, has been subjected to the fire and temperature ASTM E119 standard, which reach temperatures of +1,800 degrees (F), and in 90 minutes, the iGuard Armor Panel™ cold surface temperature did not exceed 115 degrees (F). When assembled with other iGuard Armor Panels™ this creates the Modular iBunker™, a self-contained, six-sided facility that simultaneously protects against fire, water, smoke, acrid gases, construction hazards, earthquake damage, high winds and explosions.

Now that we have a superior cost effective option, the use of standard construction and rated systems as a means of protecting our mission critical technology and assets is no longer acceptable.
