iGuard Armor Panels™ are constructed of multiple layers of steel and incorporate a multitude of structural, hydro-dynamic, fire retardant and thermal resistant core components to facilitate overall performance. The patent-pending panels lock together individually, which in turn creates the fire resistant, thermal resistant, self contained, airtight, watertight, hermetically sealed enclosure. The powerful seal is achieved through series of unique design features that includes several cam-lock mechanisms, a rigid structure and a number of proprietarily developed iSo-Guard™ gaskets.

The Floor, Wall, and Ceiling Panels define the ultimate shape and size of the enclosure. Panels are constructed of a steel frame and skin design. Special thermally dynamic materials are used throughout the panel to prohibit thermal conductivity. The core, referred to as Poly-Fortrexx™ (also protected by multiple patent-pending), consists of a tested combination of insulating materials configured in a manner that ensures optimum performance against a wide array of human and elemental threats.

The lightweight construction allows for rapid installations in various building settings where floor loading is a consideration and makes reconfigurations relatively simple.
